We invite nominations that combine reflection with evidence. Rather than simply stating that the partnership was successful, show the Award Committee how the relationship developed, what the partners did, and what resulted from it.

Part 1 — Partnership Information

• Names, affiliations, and contact information of all partners
• Year(s) of participation in the AHRD Mentoring Partner Program
• Confirmation that all nominees are current AHRD members

Part 2 — Partnership Narrative

Recommended length: 1,000- 1,500 words

Address the five award criteria:

1. Impact on Professional Development
2. Effectiveness of the Mentoring Partnership
3. Cultural Responsiveness and Equity-Mindedness
4. Contribution to the HRD Community and Beyond
5. Sustainability of the Partnership

The narrative should make clear not only what was accomplished, but how the mentoring partnership contributed to those outcomes.

Part 3 — Evidence of Impact

Nominees may provide selected evidence supporting the narrative, such as:

• publications, presentations, or collaborative projects;
• professional or career outcomes;
• mentoring resources or tools created;
• evidence of continued collaboration;
• testimonials from colleagues or other members of the HRD community; or
• other documentation demonstrating the partnership's influence.

Evidence should be selective and directly connected to the award criteria.
